We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Odense Denmark. As an Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion, including managing budgets, timelines, resources and ensuring high-quality design and construction standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Develop and implement project plans including resource allocation and budget management
• Oversee the design process providing guidance and feedback to architects and designers
• Review project plans for accuracy, compliance with codes and regulations and feasibility
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
• Ensure that all architectural designs comply with industry standards and regulations
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in architecture

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field
• Masters degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural project management
• Knowledge of construction processes, building codes and regulations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
