• Managing and mentoring a team of architects and designers to ensure project success.
• Overseeing project budgets, timelines and resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure design specifications are being met.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices in architecture.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience as an architect with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members and other stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, materials, construction techniques, etc.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Part‑time position with a salary of 1400$.
