As an Architecture Manager in our company you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects in Copenhagen. You will work closely with clients, contractors and a team of architects to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design process and developing creative and innovative solutions for architectural projects
• Managing project timelines, budgets and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide design recommendations accordingly
• Overseeing construction progress and ensuring that it aligns with design plans
• Maintaining strong relationships with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders involved in the project
• Conducting site visits to ensure that work is being carried out according to specifications
• Reviewing project documentation and ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a managerial role
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes and construction methods
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
• Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
