As an Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion, leading a team of architects, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring projects meet all necessary requirements and standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of architects to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and meet all necessary standards
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences for each project
• Managing project budgets, schedules, contracts and resources effectively
• Conducting regular site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans
• Communicating updates and progress reports to clients, stakeholders, and the project team
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, laws, regulations and safety standards
• Overseeing the development of architectural designs and plans
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team
• Identifying areas for improvement in processes or procedures to increase efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent project management abilities with experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, design techniques, building codes, laws, regulations and construction processes
