Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire architectural process including developing project plans creating designs and overseeing construction
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements and develop creative solutions
• Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively
• Lead a team of architects and designers to ensure the successful completion of projects
• Review and approve architectural drawings specifications and other documents
• Conduct site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continually improve processes and deliver innovative designs
• Communicate regularly with clients contractors consultants and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure compliance with all building codes regulations and safety standards

Requirements
