Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in service design, interaction design, human-computer interaction or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience applying service design to complex services or business processes.
• Strong facilitation experience, including workshops and co-design sessions with stakeholders.
• Ability to turn research and evidence into clear design opportunities and test concepts iteratively.
• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex processes for non-design and technical audiences.
• Pragmatic mindset balancing user experience with project constraints.
• Strong planning and project management skills, able to own larger deliverables independently.
• Comfort working at pace with incomplete information and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Plan and facilitate workshops and co-design sessions with business and technical stakeholders to understand users’ pain points and surface risky assumptions.
• Identify where AI, automation or human judgement can materially improve a workflow and design future-state services.
• Create journey maps, service blueprints and prototypes to make hypotheses concrete.
• Test concepts with users and stakeholders, iterate based on evidence and decide on next steps.
• Capture rationale and evidence so a receiving team can continue the work after Rapid Enablement exits.
