Job summary

NCS Group is seeking a Senior / AI Native Builder within AI Central to design, productise, and deploy AI-powered products, MVPs, and reusable assets for regulated sectors. You will work in live client contexts across Singapore and APAC to turn ambiguous challenges into tested, scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record delivering AI/ML solutions, deep knowledge of modern AI tooling, and the ability to operate with autonomy while advising senior leaders on priorities,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI or ML solutions in real-world settings.
• Strong understanding of modern AI tooling, including LLM patterns and orchestration frameworks.
• Ability to balance experimentation with sound engineering discipline (security, reliability).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with executive-level advisory capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead client problem statements to working prototype, MVP, or deployable solution.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into clear product hypotheses and execution plans.
• Build and ship AI-enabled solutions using software engineering, model orchestration, automation, and design tools.
• Advise client leaders on AI investment priorities, architecture decisions, and build-versus-buy choices.
• Drive fast experiments and iterative delivery cycles to validate desirability, feasibility, and value.
