Job summary

JYSK seeks a Senior AI Engineer to own the full AI lifecycle—from model development and training to scalable deployment and operation. You will bridge software engineering with ML, focusing on end-to-end AI applications and production readiness on GCP.

You will develop AI agents, RAG workflows, and advanced models across NLP, vision, and generative AI, collaborating with data and platform teams to deliver impactful AI products. Remote-friendly with a strong onboarding culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in software engineering and AI solutions at scale.
• Strong foundation in ML algorithms spanning discriminative and generative models.
• Hands-on production experience deploying and monitoring AI models, preferably on GCP.
• Experience building AI agents with RAG systems and LLMs is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale end-to-end AI applications and MLOps pipelines.
• Design and deploy AI agent systems from orchestration to monitoring.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and semantic search.
• Research and prototype models across NLP, vision, and generative AI.
• Collaborate with data, AI, and platform engineers to integrate models into products.
• Manage AI workloads on Google Cloud Platform for efficiency.
