Job summary

GetWhy is building an end-to-end AI-powered human insights platform in Denmark, and we are hiring a Senior AI Engineer to lead the ML lifecycle from data labeling to training, validation, and deployment.

You will work on NLP/ML models and large language models at scale, balancing cutting-edge research with production readiness, and collaborating with researchers, engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable AI features.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years developing ML systems, NLP focus.
• Python proficiency with production-ready code.
• Experience with LLMs at scale, prompt engineering.
• Strong understanding of LLM evaluation, hallucinations, context management.
• Proven ability to formulate hypotheses, run experiments.
• Excellent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered features at scale using the latest advancements in LLMs.
• Research, prototype, and build NLP/ML models to enable automated resolution of end-user problems.
• Design and conduct rigorous experiments and evaluations to enhance model accuracy and reliability.
• Refine prompts and tune hyper-parameters to maximize retrieval and generative AI performance.
• Work closely with researchers, engineers, and product teams to define feature scope and implementation strategies.
• Mentor junior team members and engage in collaborative learning with peers to promote knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to technical reviews and share expertise in ML methodologies and best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code to meet delivery goals.
