Job summary

Twoday is seeking an experienced Lead AI/ML Architect to head the design, build, and production operation of ML and GenAI systems for Nordic customers. You will own the ML platform, set engineering standards, and collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and software developers to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

The role requires strong hands-on AI/ML engineering, Python and software fundamentals, and practical MLOps depth, including governance and security

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI & ML engineering with production experience.
• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals (version control, testing, packaging).
• Practical MLOps depth: pipelines, monitoring, retraining, model registries, evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and build of ML and GenAI systems from architecture to production operations.
• Own the ML platform layer: pipelines, deployment automation, lifecycle, monitoring and alerts.
• Set engineering standards for the team: reference architectures and reusable components.
• Collaborate with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor data scientists and engineers and grow ML engineering capabilities.
• Participate in scoping and pre-sales for AI initiatives.
