TDC Brands is seeking a senior AI leader to translate promising AI ideas into production-ready solutions. You will balance advocacy with hands-on building, prototyping and delivering enterprise-grade AI across six brands, with a focus on governance, security and privacy.

The role sits in a Data & AI team of about 40 and involves working across an international, distributed environment. English is the main language, Danish is a plus.

Formación

• 10+ years in technology with AI/ML, data or solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration.
• Proven track record of taking systems into production in large or regulated organisations.
• Excellent communication and storytelling; able to distinguish real use case from expensive demo.
• Experience working across organizational boundaries in an international, distributed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify high-value AI use cases across customer service, digital channels, sales, support and internal productivity.
• Lead workshops and mentor executives about what AI can and cannot do.
• Prototype working demos to move from concept to production.
• Define production-ready patterns for LLM apps, RAG, agent orchestration and APIs across a multi-brand landscape.
• Define Responsible AI guardrails: evaluation, human oversight, data privacy, model risk, and GDPR alignment.
• Create reusable patterns to accelerate future AI initiatives across teams.
