Job summary

TDC Brands is building an enterprise AI practice spanning six brands. We seek an AI Governance Specialist to own the agent inventory, risk assessments, evaluation processes and documentation. You will work with Legal, Privacy and Security to ensure practical, auditable governance. English is primary; Danish is a plus. Hybrid work in Copenhagen with four days on-site.

Qualifications

• About 4 years’ experience in data, AI, technology risk, compliance or related field.
• Hands-on Python in prototyping and API usage; not required to be a software engineer.
• Understanding of GDPR and interest in EU AI Act practical implications.
• Strong written communication and ability to make complex topics clear.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a live inventory of AI agents, copilots, and related data systems with risk classification.
• Lead risk, privacy and security reviews with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams.
• Design and run evaluations for accuracy, bias, and failure modes; keep test sets updated.
• Contribute to proof-of-concepts by prepping data, prompts, and API wiring.
• Document model cards, decision records, and system docs for audits.
• Monitor regulatory guidance and translate into practical checklists.
