TDC Brands, the group behind YouSee, Telmore and others, seeks a Senior AI Evangelist to shape AI in customer experience, service operations and digital channels. You will balance advocacy with hands-on prototyping and production-ready design across a multi-brand landscape in Denmark.

The role sits in Data & AI, a ~40-person team. Work is hybrid with four days on site in Copenhagen, and English is the main language of communication, with Danish as an advantage.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology with AI/ML, data or solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with generative and agentic AI (LLMs, RAG, orchestration).
• Proven track record taking systems into production in large or regulated environments.
• Strong communication and storytelling; ability to distinguish real use cases from demos.
• Experience working across international, distributed teams.

Responsabilités

• Identify high-value AI use cases across multiple business areas.
• Lead workshops and communicate with executives about AI capabilities.
• Prototype working demos to accelerate adoption.
• Design production-grade AI patterns including LLMs, RAG and APIs.
• Define practical Responsible AI standards with oversight and privacy.
