Job summary

atNorth seeks a Security Automation & Delivery Specialist to join our Security team. You will drive automation, improve security and compliance processes, and leverage BI to increase visibility and decision-making.

Responsibilities include simplifying processes, delivering automation initiatives, and exploring AI applications within security workflows, while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring risk is managed effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience combining information security/compliance, process improvement, and automation.
• Experience working in data center environments or other regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of information security governance, risk management, controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2.
• Proven track record of simplifying processes and delivering automation initiatives.
• Experience managing projects from requirements gathering through implementation and handover.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Security Process Improvement & Automation: Simplify, standardize, and optimize security and compliance processes.
• Reporting & Business Intelligence: Build dashboards and KPIs using Power BI or similar tools.
• Project Delivery & AI: Lead automation and reporting projects; define scope, milestones, and success metrics.
• Requirements: Identify automation opportunities and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver results.
