Qualifications

• Educational background in administration or related field (not mandatory).
• IT literate with SAP or similar ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in offshore wind industry valued but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support back-office functions in forecasting.
• Create and manage work orders for preparing gearboxes for shipment.
• Ensure SAP reflects what is actually on the shelf.
• Support check-up teams with creating stock transformers in the system.
• Handle various minor ad hoc administration tasks.
