Job summary

Hydro Extrusion Denmark A/S is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage user security, data management, and reporting within Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. You will handle tickets end-to-end, collaborate with stakeholders, and stay current with Salesforce releases.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years’ experience, and fluency in Dutch and English. The role offers hybrid work arrangements and opportunities to grow with the company and gain certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience with user management, security, data management, reporting & flows.
• Knowledge or understanding of Apex is appreciated.
• Experience with Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned tickets from start to end, including stakeholder dialogue, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Tickets related to user management, data management, reporting & flows, and automations.
• Ticket Management in ServiceNow.
• Recurring tasks such as updating currencies, Sandbox refresh & seeding.
• Stay up to date with latest Salesforce releases.
• Create and maintain documentation including technical specifications, user manuals and training materials.
• Testing.
