Dover Food Retail is seeking a Sales Engineer Advansor to join the Nordics sales team in Aarhus. You will support customers with technical quotations, product design, and guidance, helping finalize projects and orders.

Based at the Aarhus HQ, you will work with a diverse team and contribute to sustainable CO2 climate solutions while communicating in English as the corporate language. Flexible hours and strong team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Completed a technical education; strong interest in refrigeration or heat pumps is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and transform quotes into orders.
• Good IT skills and ability to work with diverse IT systems.

Responsabilités

• Consult and guide customers in sustainable climate solutions.
• Design and offer the best solution for customers’ needs.
• Follow up on customers and ongoing projects.
• Close orders by structured CRM activities.
• Handle order documentation and handover to production.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide market feedback.
