Job summary

Advansor A/S is seeking an Aftersales Engineer to join our international team. Based from Brabrand, you will secure high-quality technical support for customers across Europe and LATAM, handling warranty, training and commissioning support of CO2 refrigeration and heating systems.

You will travel about 25 days per year and collaborate across the organization to deliver the best customer experience, while communicating in English as our corporate language.

Qualifications

• Background as a Refrigeration Technician or similar experience.
• Knowledge about CO2 as a refrigerant is an advantage.
• Clear and professional English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone and email to customers.
• Guide customers through optimization, fault diagnosis and daily operations.
• Participate in 24/7 support setup to ensure continuous access to technical Lifeline.
• Handle warranty claims efficiently and professionally.
• Travel approximately 25 days per year for international support.
