Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Team Coach in a product development environment.
• Strong coaching, facilitation and servant-leader skills.
• Experience in quality-managed or complex product development environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Apply SAFe principles to drive team-level delivery and transparency.
• Foster psychological safety and sustainable workload within the team.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and other Scrum Masters to align roadmaps and deliverables.
• Identify and help resolve impediments, risks and dependencies at the team level.
• Embed quality and QMS requirements into planning and execution.
