Job summary

Ambu A/S is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Global HQ in Ballerup, Denmark. You will support Agile Release Trains, coach teams, and help drive continuous improvement across delivery. This role requires strong Scrum/SAFe knowledge and a collaborative mindset.

You will work within a dynamic Agile Transformation & Delivery team, advancing Agile capabilities and delivering value-driven outcomes for patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Solid software development experience including complex software solutions and embedded systems.
• Experience with Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
• English proficiency written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Scrum Master and coach for one or multiple Agile Team(s) and mentors for other Scrum Masters.
• Drive Agile adoption and strengthen an Agile mindset across teams.
• Enable Agile capabilities through training, coaching, and hands-on guidance.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Apply Lean Agile and SAFe principles with depth and integrity.
• Align priorities with Product Owners, Product Management and RTE.
