Job summary

Demant is seeking a Scrum Master to drive agile delivery across hardware development within SAFe. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies and partner with Product Owners to maximize value while maintaining high quality and team well‑being.

You will foster psychological safety and sustainable workload, enabling teams to become high‑performing and self‑managing, in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment. Prior experience in hardware or quality‑managed product development is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master or Team Coach in complex product development environments.
• Experience with quality‑manged or other complex product development environments is an advantage.
• Strong communication, facilitation and coaching skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Apply SAFe principles and systems thinking to drive team delivery and transparency.
• Build trust, psychological safety and healthy collaboration in agile teams.
• Coach, facilitate, mentor and intervene as needed to support team success.
• Communicate delivery progress clearly and influence across the organization.
• Identify, track and help remove impediments, risks and dependencies.
• Embed quality and QMS requirements into planning and execution.
