Job summary

Demant is seeking an adaptive Scrum Master to lead agile teams developing next-generation hardware for hearing aids. You will apply SAFe principles, foster psychological safety, and partner with product owners to guide delivery in a complex hardware environment.

You will coach cross-disciplinary teams, remove impediments, and ensure quality through QMS integration, driving continuous improvement and predictable value delivery in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Team Coach.
• Background in technical product development or hardware platforms preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply SAFe principles to drive team-level delivery and transparency.
• Remove impediments and ensure high-performing, self-managing teams.
• Foster psychological safety and sustainable working practices.
• Collaborate with product owner and other Scrum Masters to align deliveries.
• Embed quality and QMS requirements into planning and execution.
