Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as Product Owner or in a related leadership role in product development.
• Experience in mechanics or electroacoustics disciplines and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with agile product development and growing agile leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously prioritize the team's backlog to maximize customer and business value.
• Translate product strategy and business priorities into clear team objectives and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, product managers, manufacturing specialists and other stakeholders.
• Act as the customer advocate to keep user needs at the center of product decisions.
• Define goals, outcomes and priorities that enable the team to make informed decisions.
