Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, business administration, finance, engineering, supply chain management, information technology or another relevant field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience across Procurement, Finance, Source-to-Pay, technology or related areas.
• Hands-on experience implementing and scaling enterprise technology solutions, including requirements, configuration, testing, releases and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of digitalization, automation and process optimisation.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders and build alignment across a global matrix organization.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Coupa and SAP, Rossum or AI/automation would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute digital transformation initiatives within Procurement, primarily across Procure-to-Pay processes, to improve efficiency, effectiveness and user experience.
• Drive structured problem-solving for complex business and technology challenges, considering the end-to-end operational impact of system and process changes.
• Develop a deep, hands-on understanding of S2P systems, processes and operational ways of working, and proactively identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement, simplification and automation.
• Promote global alignment of processes and system usage, ensuring effective integration across procurement systems such as Coupa and SAP and other relevant platforms.
• Drive and independently manage the implementation of technology solutions across the S2P landscape (e.g., Coupa, Rossum), and manage SAP and Coupa releases through impact assessment, testing, reconfiguration and quality assurance.
• Plan and execute complex digital projects independently, coordinating technical resources across internal functions and external partners and applying relevant external best practices.
