Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a Supply Chain Professional in Planning Solution Development to enhance planning systems and processes across its global operations. You will contribute to business and user需求, translate needs into practical system improvements, and support adoption by end users.

You will build subject matter expertise, collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and colleagues, and help ensure solutions are well-designed, documented, and used as intended.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree with at least three years of related experience.
• Experience within supply chain management, supply chain planning, or a related area.
• Good understanding of planning processes and an interest in supply chain IT solutions.
• Ability to analyse requirements, identify interdependencies, and contribute to design and implementation of planning improvements.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across functions and cultures.
• Proactive and structured approach, able to work independently and escalate when needed.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience with ERP systems or advanced planning solutions is an advantage; OMP or similar platforms are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and user requirements, turning them into clear user stories and features.
• Define and maintain the development backlog for selected planning solution areas.
• Contribute to the detailed design of system solutions with Product Owners and Solution Architects.
• Support planning teams and end users in adopting standard planning solutions.
• Represent Planning Solution Development in cross-functional projects with supply chain, process, and systems knowledge.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system solutions, processes, and governance.
• Act as third-level support for selected solution areas and coordinate issue resolution.
