Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Supply Chain Professional in Planning Solution Development to translate user needs into practical system improvements at a global scale. Qualifications

• Master’s degree with relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years.
• Experience within supply chain management or planning.
• Understanding of planning processes and interest in IT solutions.
• Ability to analyse requirements and contribute to design.
• Strong collaboration and communication across functions.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience with ERP systems or advanced planning solutions is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements into clear user stories.
• Define and maintain the development backlog for planning solution areas.
• Contribute to the detailed design of system solutions with Product Owners and Architects.
• Support planning teams and end users in adopting standard solutions.
• Represent Planning Solution Development in cross-functional projects.
• Maintain documentation of system solutions and governance.
• Act as third-level support for selected solution areas.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, governance and data handling.
