Job description

As our Revenue Operations Manager, you'll own the processes and data behind our sales organization: the sales process, definitions, forecasting and commissions.

This is an individual contributor role in our Revenue Operations team, reporting to the Global Director, Revenue Operations & Information Security. You'll be supported by the RevOps team and work closely with sales leadership and Finance. We're looking for around 5+ years of hands‑on experience in VC or PE-backed companies.

What you'll do
Forecasting
  • Define shared sales terms and metrics such as pipeline, stage probabilities, bookings, and new versus expansion business.
  • Establish a forecasting baseline: forecast categories, submission rules and a first method for new business and expansion.
  • Track forecast accuracy and refine the method as data quality improves.
  • Build pipeline and forecast reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Set up a pipeline and forecast review cadence with sales leadership once the definitions are in place.
  • Own the sales process from qualified opportunity to closed deal, including stages, exit criteria and the hand-over to delivery and Finance.
  • Set up territories, account ownership and rules for partner and cross-sell deals.
Commissions
  • Help automate the commission process with the right tooling, from data capture to calculation and payout.
  • Work with Finance and sales leadership on plan design and changes.
  • Shape how Salesforce (including Revenue Cloud/CPQ) supports the sales process, and make hands‑on changes where needed.
  • Keep sales data clean with required fields, validation rules and deduplication.
  • Automate manual steps in the sales process with workflows and AI.
  • Work with CRM vendors and implementation partners, including evaluations, renewals, support and new functionality.
  • Train and support sales reps on system and process changes.

We grow through acquisition. In October 2026 we announced our combination with WoodWing, adding four products and more than 200 colleagues. Harmonizing the sales stack and processes of acquired companies is a big part of this job, done together with the RevOps team and the Global Director, Revenue Operations & Information Security.

  • Bring each acquired sales team, starting with WoodWing, onto our shared sales process, pipeline stages, definitions and reporting.
  • Move acquired sales reps onto group commission plans.
  • Set account ownership and cross-sell rules between entities, and resolve duplicate accounts.
  • Assess each acquired company's sales systems and migrate accounts, contacts, opportunities and products into Salesforce in phases, including from HubSpot.
  • Build a repeatable playbook for the next acquisition.
  • Around 5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations in B2B SaaS
  • Experience building a sales forecast from the ground up, including the definitions and data quality behind it
  • Hands‑on Salesforce experience, including reports, dashboards and flows
  • Experience designing and rolling out sales processes
  • Experience administering sales commissions
  • Experience consolidating CRMs or sales processes after an acquisition, or running sales operations across several entities
  • Good understanding of sales metrics such as pipeline coverage, win rates, sales cycle and bookings
  • Strong analytical skills in Excel or Google Sheets
Nice to have
  • HubSpot experience, including migrating from HubSpot to Salesforce
  • Salesforce Revenue Cloud or CPQ experience
  • Experience implementing commission software
  • Using AI in sales workflows

You're comfortable with change and ambiguity, as our processes keep developing with each acquisition. You build trust with sales leaders and sales reps, prefer practical solutions you can improve over time, and help new colleagues adapt to shared ways of working.

What kind of company is Omnidocs?

We recognize that in different phases of life, you need different kinds of flexibility, and we are happy to provide that. It could be that you prefer to work from home once or twice a week or occasionally need to leave early for a soccer tournament, a parents' meeting, or a romantic date. We find small talk between co-workers valuable, so your lunch break is part of your working hours, and we invest in quality coffee beans for the cozy and useful interactions across teams by the coffee machine. It may sound like little things, but the overall message is that we want you to meet trust, kindness, and helpfulness at work because we expect that this is what you bring as well. The purpose of our company is just as internal as it is externally communicated: We make every workday work better.

We also love to connect. We do social activities such as LAN parties, board game afternoons, and Friday Cafes. Our office is located in the heart of the historic neighborhood of Christianshavn, surrounded by canals and great little cafés and restaurants. We have plenty of light and air while being close to everything - including the metro, the canals, and the city center.
