Job summary

IKEA Copenhagen is seeking our first Retail Solutions Manager to lead a team of about 15 specialists and strengthen the flagship store’s position in Denmark.

You will shape how Sales and Com-in collaborate, drive customer experience, and create inspiring, commercially strong home furnishing solutions based on insights and market needs. This role offers development toward a future Com-in Manager position.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing people in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to translate customer insights, trends and priorities into commercial home furnishing solutions.
• Passion for home furnishing, retail design and creating inspiring customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall retail design direction across layouts, range presentation, store media and visual merchandising.
• Develop inspiring and commercially strong home furnishing solutions based on customer insights and local market needs.
• Coach and develop the team to build competence, creativity and performance.
• Collaborate with store colleagues to create a consistent and inspiring customer experience.
• Balance creativity, commerciality and operational excellence in all deliverables.
