Job summary

Nike Copenhagen is seeking a Coach / Sales Manager to lead store operations, coach Athletes, and deliver a premium customer and employee experience. You will partner with the Head Coach to drive sales, service and operational excellence on the floor.

Responsibilities include coaching sessions, monitoring floor performance, recruiting and interviewing Associates, ensuring policy compliance, and using sales reports to identify opportunities for growth while maintaining a high-energy,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• If you do not hold the nationality of an EU member state, you must be in possession of a valid work permit.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in the absence of the Head Coach.
• Monitor daily operational procedures and ensure smooth sales floor performance.
• Coach and develop Athletes to meet targets and maintain a customer-first culture.
• Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Assist with recruitment and interviewing Associates.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Loss Prevention and company policies.
