Job summary

JD Sports Fashion in Copenhagen is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the store team on the shop floor, drive visual merchandising, and deliver excellent customer service. You will supervise staff, handle personnel matters, and motivate the team to meet and exceed targets while maintaining brand standards.

In this role you will create engaging displays, use in-store data to optimise product placement, and ensure stock is neat and presentable at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience as a retail supervisor is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor team, provide visual support and ensure high standards of customer service.
• Handle personnel matters, motivate staff and ensure targets are met.
• Create compelling window and in-store displays to maximise sales.
• Utilise reports and product placement to optimise key selling lines.
