Nike Ringsted is seeking a Team Lead to provide world-class service and a premium brand experience on the sales floor. You will coach and motivate teammates, support daily operations, and help achieve sales targets while upholding Nike standards.

Ideal candidates bring customer service or retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead by example. This role requires flexibility with retail hours, and relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retailExperience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling including day, evening, weekends, holidays; relocation not offered.
