Job summary

BuySphere Retail Staffing is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead operations in Copenhagen, Denmark. You will oversee daily restaurant activities, uphold service standards, and ensure guest satisfaction while optimizing costs and revenue.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in restaurant management, strong F&B knowledge, budgeting and financial analysis skills, and a Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and menu development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to the food industry
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including monitoring food quality, service standards, and overall guest experience
• Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
