Job summary

Globant is seeking a Resource & Traffic Coordinator in Copenhagen to align staffing with project needs across creative, strategy, and production teams. You will partner with Account Management and Project Management to balance workloads, protect deadlines, and keep projects moving from brief to delivery.

The role requires strong understanding of creative workflows, 3+ years in related roles, and excellent organisation and communication under pressure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in resource, traffic or project coordination within advertising, marketing, or creative agencies.
• Strong understanding of creative and production workflows.
• Experience with resource/traffic management or project management software.
• Excellent organisational, communication and negotiation skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end traffic and resourcing across active accounts and projects.
• Build and update client-specific teams within each department and staffing decisions with PMs.
• Create and maintain resource schedules based on skillset, capacity and project priority.
• Own the agency's traffic system and keep timelines up to date.
• Identify conflicts, capacity gaps, or bottlenecks early and propose solutions.
• Facilitate daily/weekly status meetings with Creative, Strategy and Account teams.
• Forecast freelancer and overtime needs with Finance/PM when capacity is tight.
• Provide regular capacity reports to leadership and onboard new projects.
