Job summary

GUT Copenhagen in Copenhagen seeks a Resource Management & Traffic Coordinator to align staffing with project needs and maintain on‑time delivery across accounts and departments. You will partner with Account Management, Creative, Strategy, and Project Management to balance workloads and protect deadlines.

You’ll build schedules, manage capacity, and own the traffic workflow tools, proactively addressing bottlenecks and sharing capacity reports with leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in resource management, traffic, or project coordination within an advertising, marketing, or creative agency.
• Solid understanding of creative and production workflows (design, copy, video, digital, social).
• Experience with resource/traffic management or project management software.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable pushing back on timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end traffic and resourcing across active accounts and projects.
• Build and update client-specific team overviews across departments and staff accordingly.
• Create and maintain resource schedules based on capacity, skillset, and priority.
• Own the agency's traffic system/workflow tool and keep timelines up to date.
• Identify conflicts or bottlenecks early and propose solutions.
• Lead daily/weekly status meetings with cross-functional teams and track timelines.
