Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a digital agency, consultancy, or fast-paced in-house digital team.
• Proven track record delivering complex digital products and services end-to-end.
• Fluent English; Danish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse, fast-moving global and local programs across strategy, creative, tech, and performance.
• Define clear project scopes and develop comprehensive plans with timelines and budgets.
• Proactively manage risks and issues while following best practices.
• Forecast resource needs and allocate across teams; guide delivery to meet goals.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain clear communication across stakeholders from senior management to clients.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality products that exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentors to foster a robust team culture.
