Job summary

NORD DDB in Copenhagen is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead digital projects from kickoff to launch, connecting client ambitions with user needs and creative thinking.

Join our Experience Team and help shape direction, build momentum, manage timelines and budgets, and contribute to AI and digital offerings while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of digital project management experience, from an agency, consultancy or similar.
• Experience leading digital products, services, or customer experience projects across several disciplines.
• A customer-centric mindset and practical experience with Design Thinking or other human-centred approaches.
• Someone who is confident working with clients, stakeholders and external partners.
• Someone who communicates with clarity, whether it is a client presentation or a team check-in.
• Comfortable working autonomously and driving projects forward without needing to be managed.
• A natural collaborator who knows how to make cross-functional teams work.
• Experience with or profound interest in AI and how it can be applied to digital solutions.
• Fluent English is required. Reading, writing and understanding Danish is highly valued.

Working in Copenhagen

This role is based in our Copenhagen office, and we expect you to be here most of the time. If're relocating, we can accommodate a short remote transition period, but the long-term setup is in person. The role and level of seniority will be shaped by your experience and expertise.
