Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Technical Success Manager to partner with security, IT and technical stakeholders, turning deployment into meaningful adoption and measurable outcomes. You will collaborate with Account Executives, Services, Support and Renewals to maintain customer health and renewals.

The role is remote from Copenhagen or Stockholm, requires 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role, and fluent English with Danish or Swedish.

Qualifications

3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Customer Success Manager, Technical Success Manager, or similar.
Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure environments.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams to understand priorities and success outcomes.
Create practical technical success plans to help customers adopt the platform and realise value.
Identify high-value use cases that integrate the platform into daily security operations.
Monitor product usage and health indicators to spot adoption gaps and renewal risks early.
Guide customers through deployment-to-use transitions to accelerate Time-to-Value.
Lead mitigation planning for blockers, integration challenges, and health risks.
Provide technical health insights for renewal readiness, QBRs, and growth discussions.

Champion customer feedback to inform product and internal teams.
