Assetara Limited is seeking a remote Talent Scout to actively source, engage, and screen high‑potential candidates for our AI‑fintech ecosystem. You will operate as a hunter and sales professional, identifying exceptional talent and presenting the Assetara opportunity professionally.

You will source via LinkedIn and job boards, conduct 15–20 minute first‑stage interviews, and manage candidate records. This role is fully remote, offers uncapped commissions, and requires strong self‑motivation and

Qualifications

• Charismatic, confident communication skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, and simple tracking sheets.
• Basic to intermediate English for internal reporting and team communications.

Responsibilities

• Direct Sourcing & Outreach: Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram channels, professional networks and job boards.
• Candidate Engagement: Initiate professional outreach and present Assetara opportunity; respond to questions.
• First-Stage Screening: Conduct 15–20 minute Zoom or Google Meet interviews to assess fit.
• Daily Interview Activity: Conduct 2–3 first-stage interviews per working day, subject to candidate availability.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain candidate records and refer to Regional Manager for final interviews.
• Compliance: Follow company policies and privacy requirements in all candidate communications.
