Appsierra Group is seeking a Marketing Expert to design, pressure-test, and evaluate AI agent environments for marketing work. You will craft realistic task briefs from your own hands-on experience and define what excellent execution looks like in data-rich, messy scenarios.

This fully remote, independent contractor role covers analytics across marketing disciplines—growth, product, content, social, and lifecycle—with a flexible schedule and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on marketing experience across one or more disciplines.
• Ability to evaluate AI-driven marketing work with real data.
• Strong written communication and feedback skills.
• Experience deciding based on incomplete or messy data.
• Familiarity with modern marketing tech stacks is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design realistic task briefs based on your past marketing work.
• Define what each task tests and what success looks like.
• Specify required documents, dashboards, personas, datasets, and workflows.
• Develop reference answers showing strong practitioner performance.
• Create evaluation criteria to distinguish correct from plausible but wrong approaches.
• Review AI agent attempts and assess marketing standards.
• Identify weaknesses in reasoning, execution, and decision-making.
• Provide clear, evidence-based feedback on approaches.
• Help refine tasks, rubrics, and evaluation frameworks.
