Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert (Contractor) to support a remote, worldwide accounting project. You will evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs, review financial statements, and annotate month-end close workpapers, ensuring accuracy and proper journal treatments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in financial accounting, strong proficiency with NetSuite/ERP systems, and experience in AI training or data evaluation. Flexible schedule and remote work available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial accounting, reporting, and systems evaluation.
• Ability to review journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close work papers.
• Experience with AI training, data annotation, and rubric-based evaluation is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and journal treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements and month-end close work papers.
• Identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess financial workflows across ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics 365).
• Apply rubrics to evaluate AI responses and create realistic accounting scenarios for training.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
