Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with mainframe, DB2 and Cobol.
• Strong analytical skills in a complex domain.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Build new services in collaboration with the team.
• Maintain a highly complex payroll platform and resolve incidents.
• Ensure high quality through code reviews and testing.
• Spot and remove technical debt to renew the platform.
• Suggest improvements to processes and methods.
• Collaborate in a cross-border setup with Denmark and Poland.
