Job summary

VILA is seeking an E-Commerce Buyer who blends commercial insight with a structured, analytical approach to drive product performance online. You will work across our brands including VILA, NOISY MAY and ROUGE EDIT, collaborating with an international team to identify opportunities based on sales, stock and demand.

You will contribute to buying preparation, assortment planning and follow-through on commercial actions, while leveraging data to shape product strategy and channel opportunities.

Qualifications

• Commercial mindset with ability to translate data into buying actions.
• Strong numerical skills and comfort with Excel and data.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Take part in buying preparation and assortment planning.
• Follow sales, stock and sell-through to identify opportunities.
• Turn product performance into concrete buying actions.
• Support product planning across styles, colours and stock depth.
• Coordinate and follow up across the buying process to implement decisions.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, brandhouse environment.
