VILA, part of BESTSELLER, seeks an E-Commerce Buyer to drive product performance online across Vila, Noisy May and Rouge Edit. You will analyze sales and stock data, collaborate with brand teams, and translate insights into concrete buying decisions.

You will work across our brands and channels with flexible hours and remote options, developing buying expertise and understanding how products perform across categories.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar commercial/buying role.
• Comfort with numbers and turning data into actions.
• Strong interest in fashion and products.
• Structured and collaborative working style.
• Curiosity about AI and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Take an active part in buying preparation and assortment planning.
• Follow sales, stock, availability and sell-through to identify opportunities.
• Turn product performance and insights into concrete buying actions.
• Support product planning across styles, colours, and stock depth.
• Follow up on product performance and commercial actions and ensure decisions are carried through.
