Job summary

VERO MODA is seeking a Buying Assistant to join the Express team in Aarhus, Denmark. You’ll support buyers, manage product and order information, and keep shipments on track in a fast-paced, international environment.

You’ll collaborate with suppliers and internal colleagues, ensure data accuracy, and help plan collections across categories, with emphasis on organisation and attention to detail from day one.

YOUR TEAM

You'll join our VERO MODA Express team of five colleagues, working in a fast-paced and international environment where we turn new opportunities into action quickly.

There's always plenty happening. You'll work closely with creative and commercially minded colleagues across all VERO MODA product categories, and priorities can change as we react to the market. That makes strong collaboration and good organisation an important part of how the team succeeds.

You'll play a key part in creating that structure, keeping track of the details and helping the team move quickly without losing sight of what needs to happen.

YOUR ROLE

As Buying Assistant, you’ll be an important part of the day-to-day buying process. Working closely with our buyers, suppliers and internal colleagues, you’ll make sure the details are in place and follow tasks through from decision to delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting buyers, suppliers and internal colleagues throughout the buying process


• Creating and maintaining product, collection and order information


• Following up on orders, deliveries and deadlines


• Keeping systems and data accurate and up to date


• Coordinating the practical details that keep the buying process on track

It's a hands-on role where your ability to stay on top of the details will have a real impact on the team's work.

YOUR PROFILE

You genuinely enjoy the administrative side of buying. Creating structure, keeping track of the details and following things through comes naturally to you. You take responsibility for your tasks and contribute positively to the people around you.

Previous Express or category-specific experience isn’t essential. You may have experience from a similar role or have recently completed a relevant buying education. What matters most is how you work and what you bring to the team.

• Works in a structured and detail-oriented way and takes pride in getting things right


• Takes initiative and follows through on tasks and deadlines


• Enjoys working with systems, data and administrative processes


• Collaborates naturally with others and communicates confidently in English.
