Job summary

VILA is seeking a commercially driven E-commerce Buyer who understands how product performance translates into buying decisions. You will work across VILA, NOISY MAY and ROUGE EDIT on our own sites and partner platforms, using sales data to identify opportunities and turn insights into action.

In a cross-brand team, you will participate in assortment planning, monitor sell-through, and support product planning across styles and colors.

Qualifications

• Have relevant experience from a similar commercial role.
• Are confident working with numbers and Excel and enjoy turning data and insights into concrete actions
• Have a strong interest in fashion, products and commercial performance
• Work in a structured and systematic way and collaborate well with different stakeholders
• Are curious about AI and digital tools and how they can support your work
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Take an active part in buying preparation and assortment planning
• Follow sales, stock, availability and sell-through to identify commercial opportunities
• Turn product performance and commercial insights into concrete buying actions
• Support product planning across styles, colours, assortment width and stock depth
• Follow up systematically on product performance and agreed commercial actions
• Coordinate and follow up across the buying process to ensure decisions are carried through
