Job summary

Danfoss A/S is seeking a Sales Driver for Sensing Solutions to accelerate growth across Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe. You will link the Sensing Division with the market, build partnerships with customers, and drive revenue in OEM and Indirect channels.

Blending engineering insight with a sales mindset, you will identify growth opportunities, expand the pipeline, and deliver solutions that meet real customer needs, travelling regionally to support projects and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and several years in HVAC/R sales.
• Proven track record in technical sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence across teams; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by developing partnerships with Shared Sales teams across OEM and Indirect channels.
• Serve as interface between the Sensing Division and the market; align customer needs with internal teams.
• Support quotations, pricing, and technical activities; pursue high-potential opportunities.
• Build deep knowledge of the sensor portfolio and foster internal networks.
• Travel 30-40% across Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe to support projects and events.
