YOUR TEAM

As Regional Retail Manager at VERO MODA, you will join an international retail organisation and work closely with retail teams across multiple markets. You collaborate with Country Managers, Area Teams and key stakeholders across Retail, Marketing and Merchandising to ensure strong execution and continuous development of our retail business.

YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for driving retail performance across your markets while supporting the continued development of our international retail setup. You ensure operational excellence in existing markets while contributing to the successful development of new market entries.

Furthermore, your responsibilities include:

• Supporting and sparring with Country Managers and Area Teams to ensure strong retail performance and smooth day‑to‑day operations
• Taking ownership of topline growth and P&L across your markets
• Driving operational improvements with a strong focus on optimisation, efficiency and sales performance
• Ensuring a strong and consistent customer and brand experience across stores
• Supporting retail growth in both existing and new markets
• Contributing to long‑term planning and development of our international retail setup
