Job summary

Envii, based in Copenhagen, seeks a Retail & Expansion Manager to lead store performance, talent development, and market growth across our fashion retail network. You will drive commercial success, inspire teams, and ensure operational excellence while supporting international expansion and brand activations.

Based in Copenhagen with regular travel, you will recruit and coach Store Managers, manage visual merchandising, stock, and store processes, and collaborate with HQ to strengthen our retail

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Retail & Expansion Manager to lead retail performance, talent development, and store expansion across our markets.

You will be responsible for driving commercial success, building high-performing teams, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the store network. With a strong leadership presence and hands‑on approach, you will inspire teams, elevate the customer experience, and support envii’s continued growth.

Based in Copenhagen, the role includes regular travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Performance & Retail Development
