Elsevier is seeking a Regional Director, Research Intelligence & Engineering Sales – North, to lead a team of Solution Account Managers and drive revenue growth across the region. You will develop the regional strategy, win new business, and grow existing relationships through renewals, upselling and cross-selling.

You will coach your team, manage complex negotiations, and partner with Customer Success, Finance, Marketing and Product to deliver value in a global, matrixed organisation.

Formación

• Proven leadership of sales teams and coaching for high performance.
• Significant B2B sales experience with senior/C-suite stakeholders.
• Track record selling technology or complex solutions in leadership roles.
• Experience in consultative and solution-based selling with complex negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional sales plans to achieve revenue, growth and renewal targets.
• Coach and develop a team of Solution Account Managers for high performance.
• Drive new business while expanding existing accounts via renewals and upselling.
• Oversee account planning, identify customer needs and strategic opportunities.
• Manage forecasting, pipeline reporting and CRM usage (Salesforce/Clari).
• Collaborate with Sales leadership, Product, Marketing and Finance across regions.
