You’ll handle inquiries, guide guests to local sights, and support other departments when needed. The role suits a people-oriented hospitality professional with knowledge of front office software and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of front office systems (ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check-in/check-out.
• Answer guest inquiries and direct to local sights and activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and external technicians as needed.
• Maintain a friendly, efficient reception during night shifts and holidays.
